February 6, 2020 - 6:30am
St. John's Social Hall
New Women's Early Morning Bible Study --- begins Thursday, February 6.Ladies - plan to join this latest Bible Study through March 12 at 6:30am in the Social Hall as we study the Bad Girls of the Bible: And What We Can Learn From Them, by Liz Curtis Higgs. In Bad Girls of the Bible: And What We Can Learn From Them, by Liz Curtis Higgs she examines the lives, situations, and personalities of ten Bad Girls from the Bible. She argues that many women may not connect as well with the Good Girls of the Bible, like Ruth, Mary, and Esther, because earthly women are sinful and mess up from time to time. The Bad Girls of the Bible give women who have their ownpasts to deal with examples of what to do or not to do in their own lives. Higgs argues that while women canlearn from the Good Girls, they can also learn from the Bad Girls of the Bible as well. For more info, contact Laura Harvey at firstname.lastname@example.org.
