St. John's Lutheran School Parent-Teacher League (PTL)
Parents of students in K-8 are automatically included as members of St. John's PTL and are encouraged to participate throughout the year. St. John's families are welcome to attend events and programs that are age appropriate and of interest.
The St. John's Lutheran School PTL provides enrichment programs, assemblies, and fellowship events throughout the school year utilizing volunteers and fundraising efforts to benefit the educational experience and overall atmosphere at St. John's Lutheran School.
With the help of God, the PTL seeks to provide an open organization where children, parents and faculty can foster a Christian educatio0nal environment, whereby we are One in Jesus...reaching Many.
All parents who have children enrolled in grades K-8 at St. John's Lutheran School are automatically enrolled as members of the PTL, renewed each school year through registration. All eligible members are entitled to participate in the activities of the PTL and its various committees, provided their membership is classified as "active".
PTL members nominate and elect an executive board, consisting of a President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer. The PTL meets every other month along with the board, school administrator, and faculty. Parents are encouraged and welcome to attend PTL meetings and to volunteer to assist with PTL events.
Welcome to the 2021-22 school year! School will begin this year on Tuesday, August 31.
School will be closed for the Labor Day Holiday on Friday, September 3 & Monday, September 6.
