Today’s topic is canning. A St. John’s congregation member will be joining the girls to teach them how to can pickles.

GEMS Girls' Club is a nonprofit Christian organization that aims to point girls to Jesus and help them get to know Him and His love. GEMS stands for Girls Everywhere Meeting in the Savior. The program is open to girls in grades 1-8. Students don't need to be involved at St. John's Lutheran Church & School in order to participate. The girls will have a time for worship, learn Bible truths, and develop friendships. The program will run September through May.
